Terms and Conditions

1.0 Definitions

1.1 "FuzeTime" means the FuzeTime business and its partners, also referred to as "we" or "us" in the following.

2.0 Orders & Cancellation

2.1 All contracts of sale made by FuzeTime shall incorporate these terms and conditions

2.2 All orders are subject to the availability of the goods ordered. We aim to process all orders within 5 working days and will provide an e-mailed warning if the goods are expected to take longer.

2.3 If you wish to cancel an order, we will accept an e-mailed cancellation only from the e-mail address provided with the original order. If the goods ordered have not yet been dispatched, we will send an e-mail reply confirming the cancellation and refund any payments made. If the goods have been dispatched we are unable to cancel the order, please see our returns policy (6.1). 

2.4 All items remain the property of FuzeTime until full payment has been received.

3.0 Prices

3.1 We reserve the right to amend any prices without prior notice

4.0 Product Specification

4.1 We will make every effort to ensure product details and product images are accurate, however each item is unique and handmade, and may therefore be subject to minor variations.

5.0 Delivery

5.1 Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. We will make every effort to ensure goods are despatched on time but accept no liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.

6.0 Returns & Guarantees

6.1 Any non-used goods may be exchanged or returned within 28 days of delivery and when in our possession an exchange or refund of the full item costs will be made as soon as possible, subject to the condition of the goods. We are unable to refund any delivery, handling or packaging costs involved in returning the items and will accept no liability for any items that do not reach us, therefore we recommend a Recorded Delivery service.

6.2 All the clocks are handmade and are checked for durability before dispatch. However, as with all glass items, the clocks are delicate and may damage if mishandled. They are therefore only guaranteed against damage during delivery. In the unfortunate case an item is delivered damaged please contact us as soon as possible, where we either provide a replacement or reimburse the return delivery charges up to recorded first class delivery, if necessary.

7.0 Liability

7.1 FuzeTime shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect damage, loss, death or personal injury, however caused, as a result of any goods or service provided. Please note all items contain small parts that are a potential choking hazard.

7.2 Total liability for any claim against FuzeTime shall not exceed the price of the items supplied to the customer.

8.0 Privacy

8.1 All information collected by FuzeTime will be for the purpose of fulfilling and referencing an order and will strictly adhere to the UK Data Protection Act. Payments are solely taken by cheque and through Paypal, so no credit/debit details are retained. If you are under 18, you are required to inform a parent or guardian about FuzeTime's privacy policy as well as requiring their consent to the terms and conditions before ordering online.    

9.0 General

9.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

9.2 FuzeTime reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
